Trips and events can take place in a wide range of weather conditions and will be judged by the skipper if suited to the event. The skipper's decision is final, and in the interests of the health and safety must be adhered to.

A decision will be made at 7.30pm on the day before any booked activity, based on meteorological information available

In very unusual circumstances it might be necessary to cancel a trip on the actual day, even though the weather forecast looked positive the day before
